Prioritizing Sleep
One of the best ways to improve your health is to improve your sleep. Some of the benefits of sleep are:

✨Improve memory
In this post I give you five ways that you can improve the quality of your sleep, which will greatly increases your quality of life.
1. Be intentional and make it a priority - make this a top priority for you. Be intentional about what time you want to get to sleep and what time you want to wake up.
2. Develop a night time routine - what are the things that you do each night before bed? There is a lot of talk about morning routines but night ones are just as important. Some good things to do are read, meditate, stretch, deep breathing, take a bath, and relaxing music.
3. Set boundaries - on when you will stop using electronics, when you will stop with work and when you will last eat.
4. Control your environment - limit external noises and artificial light and have a suitable temperature. 65-72 Fahrenheit has been shown to be a good range.
5. Add and avoid - add exercise early in the day and avoid alcohol and caffeine before bed.
