While going through the coaching program I was spinning multiple plates at once. Matt helped me find the reason why I chose to take on so much. He challenged me to eliminate the things that did not bring me joy and set boundaries on the things that impeded my progress. ie: cell phone/social media. The most impactful part of the course was focusing on my mindset and health. Through meditation, we worked on clearing my mind and finding a space or “the gap” to help me make better decisions.
